About
Why ClearPath Ed exists
A first IEP or 504 meeting can feel like walking into a conversation everyone else already understands. ClearPath Ed gives parents a practical way to learn the language, identify the decisions that matter, and prepare what to say.
The toolkit draws on experience on both sides of the table: special education and early childhood teaching, alongside a law background that includes health law and mediation. The goal is not to add more information to an already stressful moment. It is to translate the process into useful next steps.
ClearPath Ed provides educational information, not legal advice. For questions about an individual legal matter, families should consult a qualified attorney or advocate in their area.
